theater 550 pro station tuning

Have 2 theater 550 pro cards in my Vista Beta 2 machine. Having problems with channel 52. Won't sync in and no sound. Changed the coax. Tried a different jack. Had the cable co check the signal strength. Help. -- Thanks - JD Williams
